Paedophiles used internet chat to lure 14-year-old
A PAEDOPHILE ring groomed and sexually abused a 14-year-old boy after he logged on to a gay internet chat room looking for friends.
Gardaí said it was possible that up to 10 men were involved in either abusing the child, attempting to meet him or grooming him. Sources said there may be further arrests.
“We believe that contact was made over the internet, on a gay website,” said a garda source.
“These are sinister characters sharing information with each other. There’s a degree of organisation and they operate in secrecy,” said a source.
Gardaí said the two men arrested over the weekend were “ordinary guys with families and children”.
Just ordinary guys with ordinary lives. Does that strike a nerve with anyone? Maybe my co-worker is over there chatting with some kids - maybe I'm being paranoid. Still a scary thought.

There is a pervert friendly government at large and we wont see the end of this untill we gat a decent party in power with the rights of children at the forefront of their policies.
Power brings perversion. In the meantime, parents can step in and watch what their children do on the computer a little closer. This kid was chatting with multiple people in a gay chatroom. Where were Mom and Dad?
